At Strega Waterfront we have an extensive list of handmade specialty cocktails to choose from. It may be more traditional to pair your entrée with a glass of wine, but why not try something new and pair your favorite dish with a cocktail? Save the wine for appetizers and desserts and add a little variety to the main course with one of our favorite cocktails.
Pick Me Up
The pick me up features belvedere, pimm’s no. 1, lemon juice, ginger beer, and cucumber for a flavor that will awaken your taste buds. The perfect way to start and enjoy any of our entrees.
Apple of My Eye
If you’re looking for a subtly sweet addition to your meal, look no further. Apple of my eye includes absolute elyx, apple puree, lemon juice, honey simple syrup, and st. George spiced pear liqueur for a taste unlike any other.
Enjoy this drink as you overlook the waterfront and you’ll know that despite the name, you couldn’t be further from Ireland! Jameson ipa, lemon juice, mango puree, angostura bitters, and ginger beer blend together for a flavor combination you’ll never forget. Topped with an orange slice for the perfect citrus addition.
The Prickly Pete
The name says it all for this cocktail. Be prepared for a bit of a kick as you sip the drink made of casamigos blanco, thatchers prickly pear liquor, Cointreau, and lime juice. We top it off with a pear slice to balance out the prickly flavor.
If you enjoy a nice gin, the dirty vesper is for you. Tanqueray, absolute, olive juice, and blue cheese olives create a savory drink to pair with a lighter entrée perfectly.
Captain Morgan grapefruit, goya guava nectar, lime juice, and club soda go together to create a drink we like to call Manny’s Revenge. Despite the harsh name, you’re sure to fall in love with this cocktail.
No matter what taste you’re looking for, one of our specialty cocktails is sure to be the right fit. Our menu is filled with a variety of seafood, veal, beef, and more for you to choose from. Pair your entrée and cocktail with one of our hand-crafted side dishes to complete your plate. Don’t forget to finish the night off with a dessert while you stare at the oceanfront view!
