Enjoy this drink as you overlook the waterfront and you’ll know that despite the name, you couldn’t be further from Ireland! Jameson ipa, lemon juice, mango puree, angostura bitters, and ginger beer blend together for a flavor combination you’ll never forget. Topped with an orange slice for the perfect citrus addition. 

The Prickly Pete 

The name says it all for this cocktail. Be prepared for a bit of a kick as you sip the drink made of casamigos blanco, thatchers prickly pear liquor, Cointreau, and lime juice. We top it off with a pear slice to balance out the prickly flavor.
