These are a few of our favorites that you need to check out next time you come in to grab a bite to eat.

Pasta Dishes

Pasta is the perfect meal to fill you up and compliment your taste buds all at the same time. We’ve stepped outside the box with some of our pasta dishes to bring you exciting new tastes for fall.

Pappardelle Bolognese 33 – this pasta dish is filled with tender chopped filet mignon, San Marzano, and tomato sauce.

Fettucini Strega ‘The Original’ 34 – this fettuccini is a classic on the Strega menu, but there’s no better time to enjoy it than fall! Filled with jumbo shrimp, baby spinach, scallops and topped with our signature creamy Strega sauce, there’s no doubt you’ll be coming back for more.

Prime Cut Steaks

Strega Waterfront is known for our tender and flavorful steaks served with the perfect sauce and wine. A prime cut steak served with warm, delicious sides is the perfect way to warm up after a fall day.

Bone-in Ribeye 56 – our ribeye is one of our most flavorful cuts of steak, packed full of fatty marbling throughout to give it a naturally robust taste. This steak is served with rosemary-garlic roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, and caramelized onions to make a meal you’ll never forget.

Bone-in Filet 59 – this bone-in filet is coffee encrusted and served with a delicate tequila sauce to create a truly one of a kind flavor. We serve this steak with a shrimp and asparagus risotto to make the meal even more decadent.

Stuffed Veal Chop 58 – our Stuffed Veal Chop is served with Prosciutto Di Parma, Fontina, Sautéed Spinach, and Sauteed Roasted Potatoes.

We have a variety of wines to pair with each of these dishes, as well as every other dish on the menu, to create the perfect balance and body filled plate you need this fall. Ingredients for the Perfect Summer Cocktails

Summertime and the livin’ is easy, indeed! There’s something about sipping a cocktail on a warm summer night that brings bliss to the end of a hectic day. A refreshing cocktail can consist of a number of tasty ingredients from blueberries and lemons to mint and orange bitters.  Our patio or indoor bar are both ideal spots for imbibing or, if you’re feeling like more of a homebody tonight, you can take a cue from us and try these great, unexpected ingredients to create the perfect summer cocktails without leaving your bar cart.

Arugula – Typically thought of as a salad ingredient, slightly-spicy arugula is the ideal companion to gin. Try muddling it to make a unique, summertime gimlet. This is sure to be a crowd pleaser next time you host friends and family, so keep it on tap to impress everyone you know.

Honey – Honey is a summer staple that pairs well with all kinds of dark liquors. Drizzle it in bourbon or whiskey for the perfect bonfire drink or add a spoonful to straight rum for a delicious beachside cocktail. Pro tip: a lemon garnish works well with any of these concoctions!

Blackberries – Mix up a traditional Tom Collins by adding blackberries. They’re the epitome of summertime and they add a nice kick to the gin base. If you’re short on blackberries, you can substitute blueberries or even raspberries in a pinch.

Strawberries – A fair number of people would argue that rosé is already summer in a bottle, but you can take things up a notch by adding strawberries to the wine you’ve already got on-hand. Place sliced strawberries in a rosé and seltzer mixture and you’ll be in summer drink heaven in no time.

Jalapeno peppers – Tired of conventional margaritas? Spice things up by adding diced jalapeno peppers to your pitcher. This makes for a surprisingly refreshing drink and it pairs perfectly with Mexican food at home! If jalapeno alone is a little too much for you, temper the heat by adding a few cucumber slices as well.

Orange slices – If you’re not a cocktail kind of guy (or gal), adding orange slices to almost any light beer is a great way to make it feel more like summertime and less like football season at your local stadium. Just make sure you give the orange slices at least fifteen minutes to work their magic and disperse flavor throughout your drink.

These are just a few unique ingredients that can be used to make amazing summer cocktails. The bartending staff at Strega Waterfront would be thrilled to meet you and make one of the drinks suggested here or anything else your heart desires.
